Winformation this week...
The internet is absolutely crawling with so-called business experts selling “get rich quick” dreams for the “low low price” of £997 (and don’t worry, they’ll throw in a bonus mindset module worth £4,997 for free). The only problem? Most of them haven’t actually built a business… unless you count recording sales videos in their rented Lamborghini.
But what not a lot of people realise, is there are actual free courses from world renowned education powerhouses such as Cambridge and Harvard. In today’s One Idea to Win in Business I give you the very best 5 free entrepreneurial and business courses available in the world...and not a fake guru in sight! I've added more detail and the link to a new document in the Victory Vault too!
They say comparison is the thief of joy, but I’ve always thought otherwise. In today’s One Idea to Win in Life we look at the comparison hack we are all missing.

Entrepreneurship in Emerging economies. Not only is this course free, but it’s also given by the world-renowned Harvard University. Among the things it teaches is the appreciation of the types of challenges that lend themselves to business ideas. It’s a commitment of around three to five hours a week.
Becoming an Entrepreneur. MIT, AKA the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is one of the leading education bodies in the world. This free annual course is all about getting to grips with the skills and mindset to get started with your business.

The Comparison Hack We All Missing
Someone recommended that I read the “Let Them Theory” by Mel Robbins. I must admit, it wouldn't have been something I usually read, but one part really hit me. For years we’ve all seen the same old tired insta captions about how comparison is such a bad thing, I suppose if people fixate on it, it can be. But I’ve always wondered, does an Olympic gold medalist not compare themselves to the nearest competitor? Does a start-up business not look to the market leader for insight? Mel Robbin’s chapter on comparison had me thinking so much, I thought I would share the findings.
Envy as a guidepost: Feelings of envy can highlight unmet desires or goals. Recognising what specifically triggers envy allows individuals to understand their own aspirations better.
The "Let Them" philosophy: Instead of fixating on others' achievements, Robbins suggests saying "let them" to release the need for control or comparison, and then focusing on personal growth.
Comparison journal: Robbins introduces the idea of maintaining a "comparison journal" to document instances of envy, analyse underlying desires, and set actionable goals based on these reflections.
Comparison as a teacher: We will always compare ourselves to others. It’s a natural human instinct, so why not let it teach you something. Success leaves clues, let comparison of others light the way on your journey.
Until next week!
Let’s win, together!
